Iron Row

TRX Bootcamp

The TRX Suspension Training system uses your body and gravity as your machine. While traditional weight training often only works one muscle at a time, TRX Suspension Trainer exercises use multiple planes of motion to work multiple muscles and joints simultaneously.

TRX 3-2-1

That's 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of core, using TRX suspension and body weight exercises plus stability balls, stationary bikes, jump rope, and more.

Tabata

Originally created for athletes, Tabata is a style of high-intensity interval training that targets both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems to give you the most bang for your workout buck.

What to expect: 20 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes

Good for: max performance benefits in minimum time (worth a try, right!?)

Total Body Bootcamp

Not for the faint of heart—Total Body Bootcamp will keep you on your toes for the ultimate total body workout.

What to expect: medium to high reps and timed intervals using a combo of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight exercises to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups
