Good for: Pilates newbies and/or anyone looking for a well rounded workout

An intermediate mat-based class designed to build on foundational Pilates knowledge and vocabulary.

Good for: anyone who's mastered Mat Pilates L1 or a similar intermediate mat work class

Pilates Reformer - Level 1

Hop on the Pilates Reformer and improve your strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance while learning the fundamentals of Reformer work during this full-body workout.

What to expect: quality instruction and individual attention (class size is limited to 5 people)

Good for: those who have had private Reformer training or completed the Reformer Orientation

Pilates Reformer - Level 2
