Sameer | Zumba Fitness Instructor
Sameer is certified in both Zumba and Strong by Zumba, and has been teaching group fitness since 2015.
While an undergrad student, Sameer took his first Zumba class on a whim, and has been hooked to the Latin-inspired fitness program since. Strong by Zumba’s music-driven approach to High Intensity Interval Training revived his passion for martial arts, giving a workout complete with planks, lunges, punches and more.
For Sameer, an important philosophy is that fitness is for body and mind, strengthening both to tackle the ins and outs of daily life. Sameer strives for classes that are upbeat, fun, and easy-to-follow, to leave you sweating and smiling when you walk out the door.
Along a passion for dancing and fitness, Sameer has also lead sessions in guided and mindfulness meditation to promote the importance of inner peace and mental well-being.
