Megan | Spin, TRX & Fitness Instructor

Growing up as a competitive Irish dancer and runner, Megan always had a passion for fitness and movement. Her healthy lifestyle drove her to study Kinesiology and she later pursued her passion in Art History.

Working as a personal trainer Megan felt she wanted more and started teaching group fitness classes. Her motivation is to help others live a healthier lifestyle. One can achieve that by connecting their mind, body and spirit. She recently completed her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training in Oakville.

As a Spin, TRX & Fitness Instructor, her ultimate goal is to help younger women develop skills beyond just bodily fitness including skills to improve mental health. She aims to build confidence through movement and help younger women become the powerful role models of the next generation.
