New Mom & Baby Class!

Hey new moms! Become strong, fit & confident with this 4 week series of safe and effective, Pilates based exercises designed to help you tone post baby belly, improve your pelvic floor function and strengthen your core.

Our Mama & Baby classes address the following common concerns among new moms.  Included in this workshop is a group discussion with a Pelvic Floor Physio to provide in depth understanding of the changes that occur in your body during and after pregnancy and how to safely and effectively heal & recover from childbirth.

New class begins April 5th, 2016 and meets every Tuesday & Thursday in April at 11:30am.
