This is a post-natal class designed for Moms and babies (up to 1 year old are welcome to attend). Sculpt a long, lean body that is stable and strong to the core. Using bodyweight exercises along with bands, stability balls and foam rollers, this dynamic class incorporates squats, lunges, and other conditioning exercises that will have you working hard, but smart, and seeing results!
